Espanola, ON — Espanola Regional Hospital and Health Centre (ERHHC) is pleased to welcome Steffi Wittmaack, CPA, CMA, BA, BBA, as our new Vice President, Corporate Services & Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Steffi brings nearly 20 years of healthcare finance and leadership experience across Northeastern Ontario. Throughout her career, she has provided strategic financial leadership in hospital, community, and regional healthcare organizations, most recently serving as Director of Finance at Health Sciences North, where she oversaw financial operations.
Her extensive experience includes executive leadership roles with West Nipissing General Hospital, Ontario Health Northeast, North East LHIN, and North Bay Regional Health Centre. Steffi is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strong financial expertise, and commitment to building sustainable healthcare services that improve access to care for patients and communities.
In her role as Vice President, Corporate Services & Chief Financial Officer, Steffi will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Hospital's financial and corporate services portfolios. She will help advance organizational priorities, support long-term sustainability, and lead initiatives that strengthen operational performance and financial stewardship. Drawing on her extensive experience across the healthcare system, Steffi will play a key role in supporting high-quality healthcare services for the patients, families, and communities we serve.
